You will be able to gain entry to Bunkershill from 4pm on your first booked day. If you have booked a short break, a time of entry will have been agreed at the time. It would be appreciated if you could vacate the property by 10am on your last day in order to give time for adequate cleaning, etc. If this presents a problem, or if you have any other queries, please contact Cathie Moir on 01360 770698.
To make a booking please request a booking form when confirming availability and return it, together with a 10% deposit, to Mrs Cathie Moir, Woodlands, Craigmarloch View, Blanefield, Glasgow G63 9JH. Cheques should be made payable to Cathie Moir. Written confirmation of your booking will be forwarded on receipt of the form and deposit. Please state if you would prefer to receive this via email.
The balance of the rental is due 4 weeks before the first day of your booking, and should be forwarded to the same address. If you are unable to take a holiday that has already been booked, you should give notice of this 6 weeks before the first day of your booking, and the deposit will be refunded. If a holiday is cancelled after this time, the deposit will be non-refundable. Should payment not be received 4 weeks before the booking, the booking will be deemed to be cancelled.
The rental figure includes all electricity and gas. Additionally, coal and logs will be provided in the winter months. Sorry no pets are allowed in the property, and smoking is only permitted in the garden.
